Parents, listed below are companies or programs that can offer assistance to you and your student. These are community needs such as food assistance, clothing assistance and more. If there is something more specific that your family is needing assistance with, please reach out to me directly at the school and I will be happy to help you with your specific need. Weld County Food BankHighland Elementary partners with the Weld County Food Bank and their "backpack" program. This allows for the Weld County Food Bank to send bag of food home to help families in need with having some extra food to help feed your children.  The Weld County Food Bank also has multiple pantry locations in Weld County that you can find on their website for days and times. If you want your child to participate in the "Backpack" program, please reach out to the school and we will get them onto a list. 

 

Serve 6.8Serve 6.8 is a program in Weld County that was created by strong network of churches that help to meet community needs. Serve 6.8 offers assistance with holiday food baskets and even holiday gifts. If your family is needing assistance they hold sign up events around Weld County that you can attend to receive this assistance. Click the link above for more information.
